Diabetes Community Nursing Intervention Research

Objective Further study on community nursing intervention for diabetic patients.M ethods Will track the nursing of 300 patients with diabetes mellitus,divided into two groups,namely,the observation group and treatment group,with 150 cases in each group,the observation group used patient self-care behavior,the experimental group in the use of self-care behavior based on the community nursing intervention,and the comparative analysis of the community nursing intervention can improve the condition of patients with diabetes mellitus.Results The experimental group and the observation group than in the control diet,medication compliance,bad habits change,blood glucose monitoring,processing high and low blood glucose,regular exercise,medication compliance,complication rate,foot care and achieved better effect of nursing.Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the diabetic condition,should be in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and wide promotion.
