Abstract

At the end of Qing dynasty,a crisis of sovereignty of China in Tibet.New Deal in the context,the Qing government sent to Tibet,Sichuan New Army.As the struggle within the Republican period and the complexity of the situation in Tibet,Sichuan army's role in Tibet gradually being buried in the dust of history.In this paper,sort out relevant information that is Tibet Joseph re-build the authority of the central government in Tibet,left the space for the central government to solve the Tibet issue.
