Abstract

Citizens′well-orderedly political participation is fundamental to construction of political civilization in China,of which the system is still short of perfection,what is more,there are some places which seem to be low-efficient and orderless.So it is imperative to strengthen construction of system about citizens′well-orderedly political participation by ways: setting up and perfecting civil congress system,strenghthening democratic supervising and so on.
