Citizens'Effective Political Participation and the Three Problems to Be Solved in China

With a gradual formation of a pluralistic society and the resulted changes in different interest groups'and individuals'political needs,citizens'effective political participation has become an important concern in our political development. Three problems should be solved achieve and expand citizens'effective participation. First,to protect the exercise of people's right to know,to participate,to express and supervise. Second,to strengthen grass-roots democracy building. Third,an overall reform in the political system from the national level remains be the core content in the construction of socialist democratic politics in China.
