Abstract
Starting from the features and difficulties of construction contract management for large-scale hydropower hub project,it analyzes difficulties existing in construction contract management for large-scale hydropower hub project,and puts forward corresponding management methods and countermeasures,so as to improve contract management efficiency and promote the project schedule and guarantee engineering quality.
