Simple Analysis on the Project Contract Management

Contract management can be regarded as the core of the whole project management.Aimed at the characteristics and contributions of the construction contract,this paper expounds the major contents of the project contract management,proposed some countermeasure of strengthen contract management to the problems of the project contract management,to improve the project management level,and accelerate the increasing of the enterprise's economic benefits.
