Abstract

The fruit quality and mineral nutrition contents of fruit were surveyed at 34 adult'Fuji' apple orchards in Changping District of Beijing during 2008 to 2009.The methods of canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis were applied to find out relationship of fruit mineral nutrition with several key quality indicators. The results showed that mass per fruit was influenced by P,K,Ca,B,Fe content of fruit and PKBFeCa,fruit mass had positive correlation with K,Ca and negative correlation with P,B,Fe content of fruit.Firmness was negative correlation with N,K and positive correlation with Ca,Fe content of fruit. The soluble solids was influenced by N,P,K,Ca,Fe content of fruit and N PKFeCa,and soluble solids was negative correlation with N,P and positive correlation with K,Fe content of fruit.Titratable acid was reduced by increasing P,K and Zn content of fruit.
