Correlations between Nutrition Status and Fruit Quality of Introduced Citrus paradisi Macf.

In order to offer reference for scientific and rational fertilization,contents of mineral elements in fruits and soil,correlation of mineral elements in fruits were investigated,and effects of mineral elements on contents of sugars,acids,vitamin C and soluble solids were studied,taking 9 varieties in Citrus paradise Macf.as materials.The results showed that soil conditions between various plots were consistent and no remarkable difference;contents of N,K,Ca,Mg, Zn were all lower than optimum range and at different degree of deficient condition;K content was in optimum range,and P content was higher than optimum range;fruit qualities of Flame,Henderson Ruby,Hudson Foster were excellent in 9 varieties,and that of Perlist was worse than other.There were correlations between contents of mineral elements and inclusion in fruit at different degrees.Contents of N,P,K,Ca,Zn in fruit were extremely significant positive correlate with sugar content in fruit.N content in fruit was extremely significant negative correlate with acid content in fruit.Vitamin C content in fruit was extremely significant positive correlate with content of P,K,Ca,Zn in fruit.Soluble solids content in fruit was significant positive correlate with content of Ca and Zn in fruit.
