Abstract
Driving DNA through a synthetic solid nanopore is potentially a low-cost sequencing method. To achieve a single base-pair resolution,DNA's translocation velocity has to be controlled.I use a theoretical model to investigate the process of DNA translocation in a nanopore.Based on derived results, several methods to control the DNA translocation speed are suggested.
