Discussion on the Construction of Library's Knowledge and Technique Training System

This paper expounds the necessity of construction of library's knowledge and technique training system for the staffs, introduces the concrete contents of the training system, and points out that the leaders' attention, training system and funds input are important measures of guaranteeing the smooth implement and high benefit of the training system.
