Abstract

To build up an innovative country lies in the cultivation of innovative talents,which is also a historical mission of colleges and universities.From the perspective of institutions of higher learning,the article analyzes some aspects relevant to the development of innovative talents,such as the school's purposes,education of humanity,and innovative environment,and then certain suggestions have also been advanced.
