Abstract
The styrene-acrylate polymer emulsion with core-shell structure is prepared by pre-emulsification process and semi-continuous seed polymerization with St,BA,MMA and AA.The effects of particles size and particle morphology on the minimum film forming temperature are discussed. The influences of the amount of emulsifier, the ratio of anionic emulsifier to nonionic emulsifier, the amount and introducing process of functional monomers and et al on the properties of the emulsion are also studied.
