Abstract
Money laundering is a new crime that the new penal code in our country adds. It has a very important meaning for striking the increasing money laundering and other crimes which is related with the money laundering. This text will mainly expound and analyze the detention of money laundering and the constitution of the money laundering, the problems in legislation and consummate advice, then give my opinions in the hope of having a reference effect on the theory and the practice of anti-money laundries
