Abstract
Money laundering is a new crime that the new criminal code in our country adds. It is of great significance to strike the increasing money laundering and other crimes which are related with the money laundering. This article, in the hope of being a reference to the set - up of the theory and the practice of anti-money laundries, will mainly expound and analyze the definition of money laundering, the constitution of the money laundering,and the problems in legislation and consummate advice as well.
