Abstract
The TCP congestion control mechanism on wire network supposes the packet loss is caused by congestion, so it cannot be used to the wireless network . This paper proposes an improved TCP congestion control mechanism AED and the TCP.WX algorithm, which can effectively reduce packet losses in the wireless network and improves the utilization of the communications channel.
