Research on the apoptosis of Sf9 cells induced by CdCl_2

Abstract
The morphological characteristic of cell apoptosis was studied under different CdCl_2 concentration by means of Giemsa staining in Sf9 cells in this paper.The result demonstrated that the ratio of cell death was increased according to the increasing concentrations of CdCl_2 and infective time.The range of acute damage of CdCl_2 was from 1 to 36μmol/L.The apoptosis objects can be observed under 20μmol/L after 6 hours.
