Abstract
In order to solve the problem of large consumption of water and energy in polyester dyeing,a washing-free dyeing process with high efficiency,convenient operation and good color fastness is developed by using a binder as a fixing agent.The type and dosage of binder and dyeing conditions are optimized.The results show that color fastness to dry rubbing of the dyeings can reach Grade 4 ~ 5 under conditions of 6%~ 8% of binder TF-320 as a fixing agent,drying at 120 ℃ and curing at 220 ℃.
