Abstract
Innovation is the strategic theme of educational reform and development at present,as well as the guarantee of economic social development and scientific skills progress.It has become the common understanding for numerous educators to deepen teaching reform of higher vocational colleges,increase running level and teaching quality extensively,and cultivate innovative talents.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should fully understand the important significance of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges,and explore the implementing approach for cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.It should establish innovative awareness,cultivating innovative teachers,developing innovative practice activity and constructing innovative campus culture.
