CsA ASSDCIATED WITH CHEMOTHERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF REFRACTORY ACUTE LEUKEMIA

Abstract

Objective:To study the CsA associated with chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory acute myeloblastic leukemia.Methods:18 cases of acute myeloblastic leukemia has treated in the regime of cyclosporin A(CsA) associated with chemotherapy.Results:The ratio of complete remission were separately 33 % and 50 % in the cases treated with CsA+DA and CsA+MAE.The difference between results of two treatment has no statiatic sence.Conclusion:CsA associated with chemotherapy is a effective considerable regimen in treatment of refractory acute myelogenous leukemia.
