Abstract
Many advanced continuous casting technology home and broad such as mold electromagnetic stirring,mold hydraulic vibration,dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction etc.are used in alloy steel bloom caster in Laiwu Steel,in order to improve the inner quality of the bloom.The automation control system for the Caster controlled its equipment,modeled and controlled its advanced technology,to achieve each required target.The structure and function of automation control system for this bloom caster are mainly discussed,and emphatically introduce mold electromagnetic stirring,mold hydraulic vibration,dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction etc.key technology.
