Abstract
Gibberellin and abscisic acid are closely correlated with grains-filling.Both the contents of gibberellin and abscisic acid of endogenesis were consistent with grains-filling(promoting grains-filling).Application of abscisic acid could significantly increase the setting percentage and grains-filling degree of inferior grains of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu,consequently increased its yield,whereas it did not significantly affect the superior grains.Application of gibberellin had no effect on the setting percentage and grains-filling degree of inferior grains and superior grains and the yield of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu.
