Study on Path Selection of Water Resources Integrated Management in Heihe River Basin Based on Ecological Civilization

Heihe River Basin is the second largest inland river in northwest arid area,water resources is the main factor of basin for the sustainable development of social and economic environment. Aimed at ecological civilization perspective of heihe river basin integrated water resources management,provide theoretical support for watershed management. Through literature research,this paper analyzes the heihe river basin ecological environment problems,the supply of water,which indicate the bottleneck of watershed management is the shortage of water resources and human unreasonable development and utilization. At the same time,it is the irreversible plight for the ecological civilization construction that dry climate,fragile ecological environment. Proposed constructive suggestion sets up the human- water harmony idea,pay attention to river basin ecological restoration,constructive Suggestions such as construction of river basin water culture system. etc. So the perspective of ecological civilization based on integrated water resources management comform to the needs of ecological construction,but also to accelerate the water- ecology- economy and society sustainable and coordinated development.
