Abstract
Experimental studies on the combustion characteristics were conducted by the thermogravimetry analyzer for the pelletized wheat stalk biomass-coal mixture under various biomass mass fractions of 0、10%、50%、90%、100%.The results show that it is good for improving combustion characteristics of coal that biomass is mixed. The ignition temperature and burning out temperature of the mixtures decrease with the increasing of biomass mass fraction, while combustibility index、burning out characteristics index and combustion characteristics index increase.
