Abstract
Using the statistic data of WTO, the paper makes a statistic analysis of antidumping against China for the period from 1995 to 2008. The analysis indicates that the situation of China suffering antidumping is more and more serious lately. The countrydistribution ofantidumpingagainst China shows remarkable differences. Developingcountries become the main force of antidumping against China. The frequency distribution suffering antidumping is significantly different for Chinese various products. The rate of executing antidumping against China is in a high level, which is very disadvantageous for China to enter a plea.
