Abstract
This paper develops a new method of parameter estimation,which is named estimation method.For Pascal distribution,the definition of E-Bayesian estimation(one hyper parameter case in prior distribution) for product reliability were given,and more the formulas of E-Bayesian estimation of the product reliability was given also on the base.Then discusses the character of E-Bayesian estimation—the relations between E-Bayesian estimation and hierarchical Bayesian estimation.Finally,calculations are performed according to simulation example,which show that the E-Bayesian estimation method provided in the paper is feasible,and convenient to use for engineers in engineering.
