The Clinical Application of 64 MSCT Urography in Patients with Diseases of Urinary System

Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64MSCT urography in patients with diseases of urinary system.Methods 50 cases of diseases of urinary system which were confirmed clinically or by the operation were collected.All the cases underwent 64MSCT urography,and the images were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 50 cases,29 cases of them were calculi in urinary system.8 cases were congenital malformation of urinary system.5 cases were inflammatory stricture of ureter.3 cases were carcinoma of renal pelvis.3 cases were ureteral cancer.2 cases were bladder cancer.CT urography could show the ureteral shape,intracavitary condition and the reason and site of obstruction clearly.Conclusion 64MSCT urography can diagnose diseases of urinary system accurately.The images are clear and visualized.So 64MSCT urography is an effective way to confirm diseases of urinary system.
