Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT urography in diagnosis of upper urinary disease.Methods:121 cases with upper urinary disease confirmed by operation underwent 64-slice spiral CT scan. All the axial images were reconstructed by the different techniques. Results:Among the total of 121 cases, there were 61 cases of upper urinary calculus,24 cases of neoplasm,15 cases of congenital deformities,14 cases of inflammation,1 cases of ureteral damage, and 6 cases of non-urinary system disease. Conclusions:The 64-MSCT urography is of significant applied value in diagnosis of upper urinary disease.
