Abstract
By wet microwave digestion procedure with HNO3/H2O2to prepare samples, the mineral elements in lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.)were detected and analyzed thoroughly by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES). The results showed there were 17 mineral elements in lettuce, which are K, S, Ca, P,Na, Mg, Al, Zn, Fe, Ba, Si, Cu, Mn, Sr, B, V, and Cr. The RSD of results was between 0.12% and 8.98%. The recovery rate of standard sample was from 89.0% to 109.6%. These results provide basic data for further developing and applying of lettuce.
