Abstract

The paper quotes some theories,methods and techniques concerning the production process of the most advanced Lean Production system.It makes a comprehensive,meticulous and in-depth analysis in several special aspects and at last forms the method system of the production process.In order that it can help our country's manufacturing enterprises to implement each production factor reasonably to improve the production process comprehensively under existing conditions and realize the target of achieving higher production efficiency,reducing production cost and assuring the product quality.
