Effect of clinical nursing pathway on health knowledge and postoperative recovery of patients with nasal endoscopic operation

Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway on health knowledge and postoperative recovery of patients with nasal endoscopic operation. Methods 100 patients of nasal endoscopic operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50patients in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway. And the health knowledge and postoperative recovery condition were compared between the two groups. Results The difference was statistical significance since health knowledge score after nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the anxiety scores were significantly less than those in the control group( P 0.05). The difference was statistical significance since the length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway could promote patients to participate in nursing,improve nursing quality and shorten the hospitalization time.
