Influernce of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and satisfaction in patient with nasal endoscope

Abstract
Objective To explore influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and satisfaction in patient with nasal endoscope. Methods 84 cases underwent nasal endoscopic surgery from October 2012 to August2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of postoperative pain and satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of satisfaction in the observation group was 85.71%,which was higher than 64.29% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve postoperative pain in nasal endoscopic,improve the degree of patients′satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
