Abstract
The effects of salinity on the growth and survival of Argopecten irradians concentricus larvae and juveniles were studied in Yuhuan Paoxi mariculture breeding field, Zhejiang Province, from Apr.2000 and Apr.2001. Suitable salinity for larvae was 16.54-36.58, and 23.38-42.70 for juveniles. Larvae achieved optimal growth at salinity of 23.38-30.02 and juveniles at 23.38-36.58.
