Quantification analysis of the current situation of the professional college basketball teachers in Shandong

This paper choose the methods of documentation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to describe and analyze the changing trend of the professional college basketball teachers in sports departments in Shandong,which included faculty number,age,experience,educational history,professional title,university-origin structure,special skill,knowledge structure,double-duty,social position,referee's grade level and health status.It pointed out the existing problems and put forward some development suggestions,provided information feedback for reform and development of the sports department in colleges,promoted the development of qualified teachers structure and the overall development for the higher education of sports.All these had theoretical and realistic meaning to improve the teaching quality control system,and to achieve the goal on training the applied talents.
