Survey and Analysis on the Teaching Situation of Full-time Basketball Teachers in Universities of Shandong Province

Through literature review,questionnaire surveys,and logical analysis,the thesis makes survey and analysis on the teaching situation of full-time basketball teachers of physical education department(college) in the 16 universities in Shandong Province.By analyzing the elements which impact on the basketball-teaching status of the full-time teachers,the thesis proposes development measures for university construction in Shandong Province and referrence for bringing up a high-quality professional basketball teaching team with noble morality,consummate skills,reasonable structure and full of energy.
