The Basic Law of the Development of the Global Modern Agriculture and Its Enlightenment for China

The fundamental trend and principal character of the development of the global modern agriculture are high degrees of commercialization,capitalization,large scale,specialization,regionalization,factorization,intellectualization,socialization and internationalization that mingle with one another,which has greatly improved the yield of farmland,agriculture productivity,marketable farm produce and international market competition.The essence and the core content of agricultural modernization is to reduceagricultureproblem,that is to say,peasant specific gravity falls off by large margins,agriculture specific gravity comes down by large margins,urbanization level improves by large margins,agriculture capital participating in average-rization law of profit is parallel with the state policy that supports and protects agriculture.The two big challenges confronting us now are how to realize the effective link between small farmer system and modern agriculture and how to cultivate the formation mechanism of agriculture capital,in other words,where people goandwhere the money come from.The crux of the issue lies in how to develop the capital agriculture and export-oriented economy.
