Abstract
Agriculture industrialization is an innovation on management institution in our rural area,and it is also the basic developmental direction of agriculture and the only way to realize modern agriculture.Developing Agriculture on Orders is the basic organizing form of agriculture industrialization and deserves to be spread.It is quite common that relationships between companies and farmers are loose and the rate of breaching contract is very high.So it is necessary and important to study on ways to avoid them.
