Abstract
In light of the problem of construction enterprise on the way to strengthen construction cost management,the author illustrates it from engineering bidding,cost management in construction process,construction cost analysis and final account,and points out that man should organize construction with objective law and carry out strict cost control on each link of building project according to practical situation of the project,in order to gain optimal economic benefit.
