Abstract

Human communication consists of verbal and nonverbal communication.Most of the messages in human communication are transmitted by nonverbal behavior.Teachers of foreign language should pay attention to the teaching of nonverbal communication and their own nonverbal behavior.In this way,teachers can really help the students master the cultural background information of the target language and improve the students’intercultural communication ability.This paper states the use of nonverbal communication in foreign language teaching by analyzing some basic nonverbal behavior.
