On the Present Utilization of Foreign Periodicals in University Library

Foreign periodical,which is the carrier of the foreign information of science and technology,publishes the latest sci-tech trends and the scientific research achievements.But for various reasons,the utilization of the foreign periodical is very low.This paper makes scientific analysis on the reasons of the low utilization ratio of the foreign periodicals in university library,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improving.
