Countermeasures for the Development and Utilization of the Foreign Language Periodicals in University Library

This paper expounds the present situation of the collection and utilization of the foreign language periodicals in university library,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for developing the foreign language periodical resources and improving the utilization ratio of the foreign language periodicals.
