Abstract

The soluble trace Cd in the textile fabric and leather was determinated by chemical vapor generation and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of concentrations of re-ductant and catalyst, acidity, coexisting elements and operating conditions were studied. The results obtained under optimum conditions show that the detection limit is 0. 8 ng/g and the addition recovery is between 95% and 107%.
