Abstract
The adjustment of economic structure remains one of the basic factors to encourage economic growth. The growth in modern economy always follows the changes of economic structure and profound reform within the overall system. Nowadays, there are three major contradictions affecting the whole economy and fundamental system, namely contradictions of industrial structure, of rural-urban income structure and of regional economic distribution. How to solve these problems for the readjustment of economy has come to a vital task during the 10th-Five-Year Plan. The author mainly takes the viewpoint of system economy to analysize problems in economic structure of our country and offers corresponding solutions.
