Character and Trend of Duralistic Economic Structure Conversion——Discussion of the Importance of System Variance

This paper adopts whether market allocates resources or not as the criterion to define duralistic economic structure and analyses the formation and transfiguration of duralistic economic structure before and after the establishment of new China.The characters of the system variance,the development of economy,the transfiguration of duralistic economic structure and its converting process before and after the reform are mainly analysed and summarized.Some opinions about the relationship and problems faced with of China's system innovation,economic development and conversion of duralistic economic structure are also proposed.
