Abstract

Objective: Determination of the trace elements in the Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl..Methods: A concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(4∶1 V/V) mixture solution was used to digest the herbal sample and a flame atomic absorption spectrometric(FAAS) was applied to determine the trace elements including Cu,Mn,Zn and Fe.Results: The quantization result showed that the Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl.contains abundant of trace elements,in which the Fe was 156.70 μg/g,Mn was 340.90 μg/g,Zn was 43.15 μg/g,Cu was 23.72 μg/g,respectively.The recoveries were between 90.56% and 103.8%,which indicate that the method is reliable. Conclusion: The present study provides scientific evidence for further study of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl.
