Spiral CT diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer:58 cases reports

Objective To retrospectively analyze spiral CT diagnosis in small peripheral lung cancer and differential diagnosis.Method After surgery or biopsy to obtain specimens confirmed by pathology of 58 patients with small peripheral lung cancer,into the spiral CT workstation processing and analysis were reviewed.Small peripheral lung cancer lesions on the internal structure shape and edges of adjacent tissue changes and enhanced CT signs were analyzed.Results There were round and round-like nodules with lobulation in 50 cases and patchy in 8 cases;and burr sign in 44 cases,28 cases of vascular cluster sign,air bronchogram in 12 cases,vacuole sign in 10 cases,empty in 4 cases,calcification in 2 cases,pleural indentation in 30 cases and adjacent pleural thickening in 2 cases.Of enhanced scan 48 cases,42 cases were found to strengthen,and the value of enhanced CT was 40~60 Hu.Conclusion Spiral CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis in small peripheral lung cancer has important clinical value.
