On Labor Union's Function of Maintaining Human Rights

Abstract

Maintaining workers' rights is one of the labor union's basic duties.But we find that,in fact,the labor union is mainly performing the function of welfare implementation.Its function of maintaining human rights is still weak.So is the case for college labor union.This article analyzes the problem from the aspects of teaching staff,workers of trade union and relevant laws and regulations,expecting to find out countermeasures for bettering college labor union's function of maintaining human rights.
