Abstract

Both graduation field work and graduation thesis or project play important roles in the last session of study for graduating students.However,under the situation of hard employment market,without finishing their graduation field work and graduation theses or projects,many students are so eager to seek jobs as to lead to a conflict between study and employment .As to this issue,some viewpoints are produced in this paper.
