A discussion of graduates' satisfaction Degree to Graduation Practice

Graduation practice is one of the important approaches that graduates can contact with social widely,develop abilities to meet career requirements,make two-way choice with employing units.It has very important impact on the students for them to obtain employment smoothly and satisfactorily.This paper discussed the satisfaction situation of graduates practice from five aspects of the company situation,the arrangement of work,salary treatment,interpersonal relationships,and learning effect.Also in this paper,we put forward some relevant point of suggestions from the perspective of students,schools and businesses.
