Abstract

The income of farmers is considered as the key question of San Nong. By analyzing present situations of farmers’ income and reasons of income slowing, the author puts forward counter-measures of increasing income, such as, to adjust agricultural industrial structure, to push on the process of becoming cities and towns and to enlarge investment in science and technology, so as to promote the national reform in rural areas and strengthen the present reform fruits.
