Abstract

The first thing to run the Open University is to reach a consensus in its content,orientation and development.In this context,for the relationship between the Open University and distance education,by using literature study and comparative approach,combining theory and the current practice,considering the existing problems,conclusion is reached based on the obtained findings of the study.That is,Open University will be the development orientation of distance education.
